MA Complete!

Yesterday I went to my last class of my MA program at Luther Seminary. After nearly 2 years it is finally finished. You might ask: 'What is your MA in?' The formal title is an MA in Congregational and Missional Leadership: Educational Leadership.

What is that, you say? Well I'm not sure exactly, but what I've been researching is how people in western societies negotiate meaning and identity through religious communities as well as by engaging popular visual culture such as film, television, and consumer brands. I've also been researching how Christian theology of suffering can engage contemporary photojournalism. Hopefully that adds a little clarity to what I've been up to the last couple of years.

Anyhow, it feels good to be done. Hopefully now I will have a bit more time to write here.
